Please select the school year that you would like to apply for. Families who are re-applying must submit a new SY 2026-27 application form. 

Note this change in procedure: 

Please request an invoice for the application fee if applying for SY 2026-27. This fee must be paid in order to receive your Application Fee Code which is needed to submit the application. The fee code will be provided by SIS upon payment of the application fee.
